The Golden Rule of Life

Many at times we may react or act without giving our actions a thought. What we do may have a negative impact on someone else's life. Before we talk, utter a single word or get involved in any action; it is best to think twice or thrice to avoid hurting someone else. For instance, if someone has thought of you and sacrificed their time and resources to send a message or give you a call, never hesitate to give a reply or even worse, brush off the communicative act, you may never know the harm you have caused to the other person! We ought to learn to correct each other; if someone does not measure up to your standards, try to talk it out in a polite manner, than rejecting and ignoring them. They are the same people we live with and we might need them some other time. Never look at anyone as being inferior or useless. We breathe in the same air. None of us has power over life except for God, the Almighty. Whatever you do to others always has a way of getting back to us. If we do good to others, we are doing good to ourselves; if we do bad to others, we are doing bad to ourselves. It all comes back to us. What goes around comes back round. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you- that is “The Golden Rule of Life.”
